Samsung Galaxy S3 – Voice recorder 3GA file to mp3

I use my Samsung Galaxy S3 as an audio recorder in order to record short voice files. Anyhow I had the problem that I could not edit the recorded 3GA files like I normally do with the mp3 files. Therefore I would like to share how I convert the recorded 3GA file into a mp3 file :
