Because\u00a0I do not trust the\u00a0WIFI that it is good enough for such a critical update process I donwloaded the fimrware on an usb stick. The size of the zip file ist 74 MB.<\/p>\n<p>The installed firmware on my tv was\u00a0the q5551-0.10.65.11 version. Please read the manuel inside the zip archive first.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.p4c.philips.com\/cgi-bin\/dcbint\/cpcontent.pl?mid=Link_Software&amp;scy=US&amp;session=20120204064917_92.194.114.166&amp;ctn=47PFL7666K\/02&amp;slg=AEN&amp;dct=FUS&amp;did=AEN&amp;reldct=FIN&amp;file=\/files\/4\/47pfl7666k_02\/47pfl7666k_02_fin_eng.pdf#toolbar=0&amp;zoom=100\" target=\"_blank\">Installation instructions<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Q5551_0.14.93.0 (Date published: 2011-12-22)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>TV starts up with sound and Ambilight, but without picture.<\/li>\n<li>TV turns off and on by itself when you browse USB or browse PC through DLNA.<\/li>\n<li>TV goes to standby by itself after 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Intermittent sound lost and picture lost while watching analog channels.<\/li>\n<li>Picture freeze while watching HD channels.<\/li>\n<li>Intermittent sound lost through certain set-up box connected via HDMI.<\/li>\n<li>Unable to play video files via DLNA connection.<\/li>\n<li>Unable to switch channel while watching analog channel.<\/li>\n<li>Removed the \u201cScrambled program\u201d message on the purchase banner page.<\/li>\n<li>Unable to download movies from online video store. (Only applicable to country, Germany)<\/li>\n<li>Video stutters while watching digital channels. (Only applicable to country, Finland)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[sam_zone id=&#8221;2&#8243; codes=&#8221;true&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>I just unpacked the zip file on an usb stick and reboot the TV.
