I walked to the beach volleyball place but it took a while until the WBT logger had the GPS signal. Therewith I wanted to see how precise the logger is.<br \/>\n[sam_zone id=&#8221;2&#8243; codes=&#8221;true&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Results\"><\/span>Results:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Unfortunately the access of the Logfiles is not that easy compared to the Sony GPS-CS1 Logger. You cannot use it like a USB Stick, as you have to use the program &#8220;G-Tool&#8221; that reads the logfile from the WBT-100. It took 388 seconds for 22.150 log points, that is much longer than the download of the logfile from the Sony CS1. As the log is not in a NMEA 0183 the further processing of the data gets more complex. The G-Tool allows you to export the file to following formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google Earth (kmz)<\/li>\n<li>Virtual Earth (ve-htm)<\/li>\n<li>GPX (single-gps)<\/li>\n<li>GPX (multi-gps)<\/li>\n<li>TWD67TM2 (twd67tm2-txt)<\/li>\n<li>Papago format (papago-txt)<\/li>\n<li>OziExplorer (multi-plt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unfortunately I did not figure out how to connect my pictures to the logfile of the WBT-100. I tried several things, including\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gpsbabel.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">GPS-BABEL<\/a> and the\u00a0Sony GPS Image Tracker Software\u00a0but I did not work.\u00a0 Therewith I would not recommend to use this device as the is no easy way to\u00a0connect\u00a0your pictures to the logfile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I bought the Wintec WBT-100 logger to compare it with the Sony GPS CS1 that I tested before.
