Today I got my Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T FULL HD Tablet. In this post I write about my experincies with the Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T. Since last year I am searching for an Android Tablet with FULL HD resolution and a very good performance. Now the Asus TF700T is available and I ordered one for about 719,-€ with a mobile dock and 64 GB internal RAM. The price is not cheap but the quality of the tablet is worth it. If I compare the Asus TF700T with the Acer Iconia A700 for about 479,-€ which I had the Asus is much better.
Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T Tablet
The specs for the Asus Transformer Tablet are very good. The Tablet has a 10.1″ Screen with a LED Backlight and a WUXGA of 1920×1200 pixel resolution. The Infinity was delivered with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich installed and I ordered the version with 64 GB internal RAM. The TF700T has two cameras. The 2 MP Front Camera and the 8 MP Rear Camera with auto focus and on the rear side a Flash. The 2MP front camera is very good for a video call with e.g. Skype. The accu runs about 9.5 hours and it is a 25Wh Li-polymer Battery. The mobile dock comes with a 19.5Wh(dock) Li-polymer Battery. Together pad + dock the operation time is about 14,5h. The processing is very good and the haptic is excellent.

The usability and handling of the pad is very good. In combination with the mobile dock it is like an ultra book. Very cool is that the tablet has no van and therefore it is absolutely silent. The dimensions are 263 x 180.8 x 8.5 mm and with 8,5 mm it is very thin.

Graphic Power
The Chip inside the Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T Tablet is a NVIDIA® Tegra® 3 CPU. It is the first quad core mobile processor with 1.6 GHZ. You feel the power instantly if you start surfing through the internet, watching HD videos or reading large pdf files. The playback of large FULL HD movies works perfect. But the sound is very terrible. The speaker is to cheap for a tablet like the Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T. It is impossible to watch a movie without a headphone.
Mobile Dock
The mobile docking station is perfect for the Asus TF700T. It makes out of the tablet an full blown ultra book with android as operation system. The mobile dock comes with a touchpad and a sd-card reader. It is perfect on a trip or if you a sitting on the coach and surfing and watching YouTube videos.

Conclusion
I like my Asus Transformer Infinity TF700T tablet and I can recommend it. The speed is incredible and the experience to surf on the Asus Infinity Tablet, watch videos or reading E-Books / PDF’s is outstanding.
